Participation, Risk and Liability

By entering the Ultimate Parkour premises or participating in any classes, activities, training sessions, events, or other activities offered by Ultimate Parkour, you acknowledge that participation may involve inherent risks, including the risk of accidental damage, loss, injury, or other harm.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mvest Solutions (Pty) Ltd trading as Ultimate Parkour, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from participation in our activities, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

By entering our premises or participating in our activities, you confirm that you understand and accept the risks associated with participation.

Photography, Video and Marketing

Ultimate Parkour may photograph or record video of classes, activities, events, and participants from time to time for social media, advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes.

This content may be used on platforms and channels including, but not limited to:

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • TikTok

  • Meta advertising and other digital advertising platforms

  • Ultimate Parkour's website and other promotional channels

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must provide written notice to Ultimate Parkour by emailing admin@ultimateparkour.co.za before participating in our activities.

Where appropriate, we will take reasonable steps to avoid intentionally photographing or recording individuals who have provided such written notice.

By entering our premises and participating in our activities without providing written notice of your objection, you acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place and that your image or likeness may appear incidentally in our promotional or marketing material, subject to applicable law.

Acceptance of This Notice

By entering the Ultimate Parkour premises or participating in any Ultimate Parkour activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Legal Notice and the applicable Terms and Conditions.
